Our multi-lingual team of professionals is nonjudgmental and sensitive to your concerns when seeking abortion care. We are committed to ensuring patient confidentiality while maintaining your health and safety. We understand that each patient has her own story, and we want to hear yours. To accommodate your individual abortion needs, patients have the option of receiving abortion counseling privately or in a group setting. Patients can also choose to have a partner, spouse or family member present during abortion counseling. We will do our best to accommodate your individual cultural or religious needs. Your privacy, comfort and respect are our top priority.
We offer surgical abortion services from 5 to 24 weeks and non-surgical (natural abortion), medication abortion from 5 to 8 weeks. All patients are offered free follow-up appointments in which a healthcare provider will discuss birth control options and prescribe contraception, if desired. Our comprehensive gynecological care includes contraception counseling, pap smear,colposcopy, LEEP procedure, screening for sexually transmitted diseases, the morning after pill, HPV vaccine, Essure, tubal ligation, reproductive laparoscopic surgery, diagnostic and operative hysteroscopy, minimally invasive treatment of fibroids, treatment of pelvic pain, endometriosis and infertility, genital dermatology, vaginal rejuvenation, and cosmetic procedures, such as Botox, fillers and liposuction.

We receive abortion referrals from some of the best medical institutions in the world due to our ability to care for complicated and sensitive abortion cases. Our brand new therapeutic space is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) requiring facilities to adhere to the highest standards in the provision of abortion and medical care. Our caring physicians are Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and have privileges at some of New York City’s finest hospitals.
To ensure your safety, PARKMEDnyc requires all surgeons, anesthesia staff and registered nurses to be certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. All support staff maintains certification in Basic Life Support and follows strict infection control practices.
Because of PARKMEDnyc's national and international reputation, many of our patients travel from outside New York City to receive abortion care at our facility. We have coordinated with local hotels to accommodate you at a reduced cost if it is necessary for you to stay in New York overnight. This is only required if you need a two-day abortion procedure.
