| The program is managed by a panel which includes the Medical Director,
Director of Nursing/Associate Director, and independent appointees
who are not employed by Parkmed. The program ensures that the
highest standards of medical care are maintained. This is achieved
by a thorough review of medical records to evaluate the level
of care, an audit of physician performance to monitor compliance
to Parkmed patient protocols, and a review of suggestions, complaints,
and compliments made by patients. Our clinical staff is supported
by strong policy and procedure manuals, which include quality
assurance and utilization management techniques, patient protocols,
and emergency care and OSHA guidelines. |
